Use GitHub package Registry

Description

To connect the frontend gui to the backend REST-API, we use a swagger generated npm package which is currently hosted on npm. As this organization gained beta access to the github package registry, we should totaly use it.

I will update everything after the version number todo #118 and the connector update #40.
