This PR adds documentation for the new Slack private channel access control feature that was recently implemented.

This feature allows Enterprise customers to control whether Codegen responds to mentions in private channels and direct messages, providing additional privacy control for sensitive discussions. When disabled, Codegen will show a message directing users to the settings page instead of responding.
