A quick word about some planned enhancements

I have a few things on my to-do list that I'll slowly implement some time in the new year:

• Twit filter: this didn't make it into the initial release, since I was undecided how I wanted to handle it. But now I have a few ideas in mind to try.
• More flexible themes: Currently the themes are pretty "fixed". That is, there's no option to change positions or colors of things like stats, room, or topic line. I'm giving some thought to how these could be customized.
• Edit Nick while in chat: Currently, chatters can only make changes to their displayed name (aka nick) from the Chatter Settings menu, which is only accessible by exiting chat. I'd like to introduce a /nick command that lets users access this menu more easily without having to exit chat.

That's probably enough to keep me busy. :)

EDIT: I'll release new binaries once these things are implemented.

Two of the three features were implemented in recent commits (see b942d88 and 448cb65).

The next thing I'll turn attention to is making themes more flexible.

As nice as it would be to have the themes be more flexible, there's a lot that will need to be changed to accommodate this, so I've decided to hold off for now. I'll revisit in the future if people feel it's needed.
