If someone responds with "None", "n/a", or something similar, their answer should automatically be stripped to nothing upon form submission.

This is likely best implemented as an ActiveRecord callback, similar to how we do for school names & RSVP clean-up.

Should support minor variations in capitalization/whitespace/etc
