Automatically detect delimiter (Comma, Semicolon, Tab)

Right now, one has to explicitly pass the delimiter for the CSV file (which defaults to ,). It would be nice to have a way to automatically detect the delimiter (perhaps by assigning the delimiter to null to trigger some heuristics?).

I still think that this feature makes perfect sense 👍 However, there are currently no immediate plans to build this from my end (no demand at the moment and more important outstanding issues currently), but I would be really happy to accept PRs 👍
