Describe the Feature

AMI type currently expects either BOTTLEROCKET_x86_64 or BOTTLEROCKET_ARM_64
I'd like to be able to specify the NVIDIA version of BOTTLEROCKET_x86_64

Expected Behavior

A nodepool is spun up with the bottlerocket ami that supports NVIDIA as specified in the x86 NVIDIA column here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/eks-optimized-ami-bottlerocket.html
