Background

As a Platform Operator
I want some lightweight documentation describing how to work with kpack
So that I can easily create my own ClusterBuilder or modify the default ClusterStore/ClusterBuilder to include additional buildpacks

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am installing Korifi
WHEN I reference our kpack management docs
THEN I can understand how buildpack management works on Korifi, what buildpacks are included out of the box, and add my own buildpack (e.g. https://github.com/paketo-buildpacks/python)
