Error when integrating auto deploys from Github to a Worker

Guys, I'm trying to create a basic example repository but I'm getting the following error during deploy:

It was supposed to be so simple, but I confess I'm tearing my hair out.
The documentation seems clear but I feel something is missing.

I would like to update a Worker after a push to main similar to what happens in Pages when there is a push.
