Cron Action than checks for CloudBees CI Helm charts updates like

helm search repo cloudbees/cloudbees-core --output json | jq -r '.[0].version'

and it automatically creates a new PR

Likely test will fail on Blueprints 02 due to incompatibilities in the plugin and plugin-catalog files across versions.
