use Clickhousex for Repo-like usage #36

It might be convenient to have a way to do something like this:

defmodule MyApp.Clickhouse do
  use Clickhousex, hardcoded_opts...
end

And later use functions like Clickhousex.query from this module directly without explicit client atom name.
