It would be nice to create a short guide on how to setup a development environment with kind and Kamaji.
Currently, in the getting started guide, a step by step kind setup is already provided so we're just missing the running/debugging kamaji controller step; a make target may be created too to deal with resources patching if needed.

I made some videos and it would be great if we could extract all the required steps in a written form.

Looking for someone happy to write all the steps in the documentation.
