Allow users to upload either a zip file (with all content sharing the same media type and language) or a number of files sharing the same characteristics. The LRS then identifies all tools that can batch-process the files.

To summarise the current state: when users uploads a zip file, they are prompted to manually select the language (assuming the individual files all share the same characteristics). For the time being, there is a single tool capable of processing zip files for Polish: WebSty (although WebSty is currently not working properly, I've send an email to Wojciech Rauk to investigate this).

Just received notice from Wojciech that the WebSty bug has been fixed.
