This needs a bit of strategy: how do we merge the pulled list with the existing list? How often do we pull / how do we know when to pull?

API for clarin centres from the registry, e.g.
https://centres.clarin.eu/restxml/30

Maybe not so much sync as check, and display in the sanity checker?

Or maybe we can be selective about this. For example, sync the information about the status of the centre (B, etc.), but check the short name (because we sometimes may use a short name that is different from the short name in the CLARIN DB).

Potential solution:

  • compare the values in both lists (SIS and centre registry) in a script that derives centres.xml
  • reference results by a link in the sanity checker page (do not occupy more space there)
