Interlis-Referenzhandbuch, Version 2.0, page 55:
"Bei Einzelflächen und Gebietseinteilung ist die Überlappungsfreiheit zwingend. Bei Verwendung der impliziten Toleranz kann deshalb auf WITHOUT OVERLAPS verzichtet werden."

But compiler returns an error when using implicit tolerance:
DOMAIN Flaeche has an unexpected abstract/incomplete definition (missing WITHOUT OVERLAPS)
