Will it run on OpenCL 1.1 ( EP) on Vivante GC2000 GPU?

Just was curious to know what is the minimum required OpenCL Version, so that I can see if I could run on run on Vivante GC2000 GPU?

clBLAS requires OpenCL 1.2 as far as I'm aware. You could try CLBlast instead perhaps, although that isn't tested on Vivante either.
