🗣 Description

Update Elasticsearch to latest version.
#677

💭 Motivation and context

Elasticsearch has several improvements to speed and security with the latest version.

🧪 Testing

Test an install and an upgrade using install.sh -d and ansible-playbook ansible/upgrade_lme.yml

Is there any particular motivation / need to upgrade a major version right now?
