build lame for iOS versoin on XCode 5

Usage

• download lame source code from here.

• get build script from here and run it

$ curl -OL https://github.com/Superbil/build-lame-for-iOS/raw/master/build_ios.sh
$ ./build_ios.sh

• iOS library will into build folder

Requirements

• XCode 5 SDK

  Note, use xcode 4 SDK won't support some command

• Lame v3.99

  Tested on this version
