@angcyo, you can generate it with this tool: GnuPG
This is a very old issue, but for anyone with same problem According to this SO answer:
The secring.gpg file has been removed in GPG 2.1.
You can generate it using: gpg --export-secret-keys -o secring.gpg
gpg --export-secret-keys -o secring.gpg
No branches or pull requests
