Is it possible to use trackpad as a control button and not mouse ?

I'm using this to play Until Dawn on the PS Plus app (using lutris + wine), however at some point in the game, I need to slide my finger from left to right on the trackpad to be able to continue. But when I do this, it just moves the mouse as a computer trackpad. Solutions I tried :

• Disabling touchpad support in gnome settings : It disables the ps4 trackpad, but still can't use it in game.
• Change the ds4drv config to set trackpad-mouse = false. Didn't work either.

Is there any way to make it work as in a real ps4 game ?
