Reservoir nodes should be stopped. #13

Stopped nodes are not billed on Amazon.
Therefore the reservoir nodes could be stopped and restarted just when they are going to be used.
This will decrease a little the reservoir performance, but it will save more money.
I'm considering that the time to start a machine is much less than the time to create it.

Ops, a friend of mine said me that actually sopped nodes ARE billed, but I'm not so sure. To check.
