@PeterDaveHello thanks for this - hopefully you used a tool like Alan Walk's Markdown TOC - https://github.com/AlanWalk/Markdown-TOC#3-usage.

Oh, I use vim, but maybe we can integrate preferred tool with CI if it's needed ;)
