This is a small update to two markdown files noting that JuMP natively supports complementarity constraints. It would be good to direct new users toward native JuMP tools.
I've included two links:
It may also be good to add that Complementarity.jl is still needed for versions older than 1.15.0 or for MPEC constraints.
