add-function potential bug

when I used add function, wanted to add a new phrase into chewing-editor, e.g. 多少錢, but I decided to cancel this action after typing 多少錢 in the blank of 詞彙, so I click cancel button.
But when I re-opened the chewing-editor, 多少錢 is there!
(I didn't find any reported issue related to the one i found, if it has been reported, please let me know, thx)

@Chocobo1 maybe we can also do this with #83 ?

Auto clean the fields when adding
Or auto fill the phrse from searchbox (for quick add non-exist phrase)
