You don't have to save individual glyphs as SVG files if you just want to copy them into a design program. Simply use CTRL
+ SHIFT
+ C
(or right-click/tap-hold
-> Copy as Image
) to copy the glyph directly to the clipboard as an SVG file, then paste directly into your design program.
Found a glyph or symbol you like in the Character Map, and want to find other fonts that contain the same Unicode codepoint? Right click (or tap & hold) the character on the character map and choose "Find in other fonts". This will perform an advanced search for you and show all the other fonts that that contain this character point in the Font List.
Does your font have an unreadable name in the font list, made of icons? By adding the font to the symbols collection, the font name will be displayed using the default Windows font instead.
