This is a minor corrective version on top of 1.11.16, although it comes with a very long series of new features and bugfixes due to the extremely (and uncommon) delay since the publication of the previous minor version.
It fixes a few security issues, an issue with the copy of exercises and an issue with the script to fix erroneous iid in quizzes and questions.
