Probably worth it to adopt immutable image tags, but it has the issue that it forces releases of all support helm charts and there may be consequences for our automation.

You can use latest in the Helm chart.

Please don't use latest as image tag in helm charts, and please just release a new chart version when there is an update to a subcomponent like the default CA package. This makes consumers lives a lot simpler.
