As we start to place "camera-ready" content on the landing page, we can think about testing more widely. Therefore, we could muse about how we can get feedback from a wider number of people, including potential users who are not associated with CERN or an LHC collaboration.

We had been thinking about creating a simple online survey that presents a few simple tasks and questions.

This is to start musing about tasks and questions. Needs to be expanded. Everyone can edit the table directly.

Task Question Options
-- I am... (1) Physics Teacher / Professor / Student, (2) Physics Researcher, (3) Just curious
Take a moment to look at the landing page. (Some users could be pointed to the current version, others to an alternative display with blocks that take 100% of the browser's height.) -- --
-- What do you think about the design? --
-- Please recall three different types of resources available on the landing page --
-- Did you see that there are visualization tools? How did you navigate to them? --
There are several << collaboration >> guides available. Please look for them. -- --
-- How many did you find? --
-- Please describe your navigation approach --
Add facet task (depending on final design) -- --
-- Facet question --
-- -- --
-- What did you like about the page you explored? --
-- Please tell us what we should improve. --

An initial draft of the survey can be found here.
