CMS - a helper web form to create the json for the SW records

To help create SW records (see e.g. cernopendata/opendata.cern.ch#3496, cernopendata/opendata.cern.ch#3495, cernopendata/opendata.cern.ch#3281), it would be useful to have a web form of type https://json-editor.github.io/json-editor/

It would only be used for json of software records.

The outcome should the json file like that of https://opendata.cern.ch/record/12502

The user of the form will then push it to the github repository and it will be merged as usual, no automation is needed for that.
Some fields, e.g. recids, DOIs, file sizes etc can be amended afterwards.

Eventually, the web page could show or link to an existing SW record
