DevUtils Plugin System - Current Status

✅ COMPLETE: 541-Plugin Registry

What's Done:

  1. registry.rs - All 541 plugins defined across 24 categories
  2. plugin_manager.rs - Working install/uninstall system
  3. plugin_loader.rs - GitHub integration functional
  4. plugin_gen.rs - Template generator ready
  5. plugins_100.rs - 100 native implementations working
