bose speaker of koleos is not working due to ecu initialization

Hi, everyone here.
I accidentally pressed Virgin Mode.
The screen was restored using ddt4all.
The problem is that music comes out when I connect to Bluetooth, but the speaker doesn't work when I talk on the phone.
So I used ddt4all to look around the other menus and pressed the ECU reset button
After that, the boss speaker will not work.
I'd like to know the solution.
My vehicle is a 2016 diesel 8.7-inch screen.
