This PR adds all the necessary functionality to allow the user to (optionally) enable developer mode. Once enabled, the user can arbitrarily select any subset (from none to all) of ticket fields to be revealed during the authentication process. All exposed fields will be displayed at the end of the process. If developer mode is not enabled, the process will be the same as in the current implementation.
Simple and specific components (e.g. Toggle) have been created to keep the main component customizable and functional. The use of local storage allows consistency to be maintained after a subsequent update.
