[BUG] cannot install on peppermint os. installed with snap, but won't run at all. #567

PEPPERMINT OS: INSTALLED WITH SNAP ....WON'T RUN.

TRIED PPA: AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'people'

Snap is no longer supported, due to limitations. You need to use a different package format or build from source.
