EVCC like feature possible? Charge with surplus PV energy

Hi guys, as EVCC now charges money for go-e implementation is it possible to do an automation so that charging starts with surplus PV energy?

Basically one would need an automation like this.

I have a virtual sensor that says if there is surplus energy (smart meter of PV inveter)
after e.g. 3 min of surplace > 3kW start charging

if surplus is negative <1kW stop charging.
