SGC to support k8s version 1.32.x

Ensure that SGC is working with the latest kubernetes version 1.32.x, 


**Describe the solution you'd like**
Update the kind test to run with 1.32.x and fix any issues that arise


**Anything else you would like to add:**
Minimum version support can be bumped to 1.27.x
