I am a post-doc at the Interfaculty Bioinformatics Unit at University of Bern, I am also member of the Training and Outreach Group (TOG) at the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB).
My role is focused on providing knowledge and training to postgraduates in various bioinformatics fields e.g. Analysis of High throughput Sequencing data, proper usage of high performance computing platforms, Python programming, R-statistics amongst other courses
