Some things we need to do first:

Discuss and choose a licence, add it to this repo.
Discuss and add a contributor code of conduct.
Set some times for meetings
Add a basic readme file
Start to create an initial set of targets and tasks
Do we need a collaboration document beyond what we have on github? Googledocs? HackMD? The github wiki
