Keyboard navigation on carbondesignsystem.com is broken

The left navigation on the site is broken. The only item that is navigable by keyboard is the link to Github.

Everything else in the left nav is entirely unreachable by keyboard.

Thanks for catching this. This needs to get fixed upstream in the Gatsby theme.

Looks like the problem is that tabindex=-1 until you open a nav item
