Redraw outlines manually

The outlines of both font files were created by tracing a path with a broad-nipped brush and turning that into an outline automatically, which led to all kinds of weird bumps, dents, and other ugliness. It is also probably why on Windows XP, in spite of hinting with TTFAutohint, pixels sometimes appear very off.
