Feature description

A new ballot was released here: https://github.com/ga4gh/vrs/releases/tag/2.0.0-ballot.2024-11.3. VRS-Python has an open PR here. Once this PR is merged and a new release is made, we should update the ga4gh.vrs to leverage these new models.

Use case

I would like to be able to use these updated models my applications (MetaKB + VarCat)

Acceptance Criteria

Given I'm using the therapy-normalizer
When I hit the endpoints/methods
Then I expect to use the VRS/Core models from 1.0.0-ballot.2024-11.3 tag
