Support DMN conversion in the backend converter

When applying DMN to Camunda 8, the models also require some small changes. This has to be clarified and automated

There is a DMN converter in place that provides the same features as the BPMN converter. This converter should reside in the same artifact to be utilized in all tools that use the converter

There is a DMN converter in the current version of the process engine plugin. Maybe this can serve as entrypoint
