I heard that iPhone is quite strict regarding to the iOS system resource access and USIM access. Does iPhone support EAP-AKA for Number Verification?

EAP-AKA as an authentication methodology is generally device agnostic unless the CSPs have any specific rules around their production implementation. 3GPP standards on EAP (all variants) do not distinguish by nature. Does iPhone support for number verification of v2.0 EAP-AKA, I would say yes as they are all using http between the device and the base stations.
