main.ts and helptext.ts

These two files are becoming idiomatic in the TypeScript I am writing. It'd be nice to generate them with the basic template code ready to extend.

I noticed that some Deno projects put there module source in src and use a mod.ts to contain the main function. I need to decide if this makes sense for our practice in DLD.

If I go with mod.ts then I can make the module code run via the deno run command with --allow-import enabled. I could see some use cases (e.g. CI or bootstraping CMTools) that this might be handy. Separating the primary modules into the src tree and putting the tests in test also make it clear what gets bundled or not in the case I want to bundle code.
