Color-Coded Projects for Task and Subtask

I propose adding a configuration option that allows users to assign a specific color to a project. This assigned project color would then be inherited by all tasks and subtasks associated with that project. The color could be displayed next to the task in all views either as a small dot, a colored tag, or used as the background/foreground color of the project name.

This feature would significantly enhance the visual organization tasks within the plugin.
