Agenda View showing all-day events on the day of and the day following.

Is this a known problem or does anyone else experience this?
In Agenda View when displaying an all day ICS event displays a duplicate event the following day.
------Friday, October 3
Payday
All Day * (imported calendar)
------Saturday, October 4
Payday
All Day * (imported calendar)

If I click on the events the Calendar Event dialog box comes up. Both events state there time and date as Friday, October 3.
