Agenda View - Calendar Events Don't Stay Gone

I've become gradually more tortured by how, every time I 1.) close and reopen Obsidian, then 2.) refresh ICS calendar in my Advanced Calendar, the View settings for my Agenda View keeps resetting or something and I keep seeing my calendar events in it.

I can't get it to stop: whenever I uncheck "View Options > Calendar Subscriptions", the closing Obsidian seems to re-check it automatically. Unchecking and then saving the Filter doesn't seem to save the View Options alongside it. And there doesn't seem to be a setting to stop this.

Anybody who isn't experiencing this issue, please lmk your configuration so I can fix this!
