Link Xcframework using plists files instead of re-creating them (#281)

* Update existing xcframework instead of re-creating it when linking

* Add changeset

* Support linking of both flat and versioned frameworks

* Delete leftover magic files

* Trigger CI again

* Fix parsing of xcframework info and add tests

* Use Versions/Current/Resources as suggested
