- calabash.xcframework added and linked to the CalSmoke-cal target
- fixed deprecations in the application
- added an additional swipe gesture handler for iOS >= 13 cases
- bundler updated
- CI fixed: removed deprecated ruby issues, fixed keys issues, fixed some tests
- added some debug information in README
1. Updated using of Calabash framework binaries for different architectures. 2. Removed RevealServer framework since we don't use it anymore.
