  1. calabash.xcframework added and linked to the CalSmoke-cal target
  2. fixed deprecations in the application
  3. added an additional swipe gesture handler for iOS >= 13 cases
  4. bundler updated
  5. CI fixed: removed deprecated ruby issues, fixed keys issues, fixed some tests
  6. added some debug information in README

1. Updated using of Calabash framework binaries for different architectures.
2. Removed RevealServer framework since we don't use it anymore.
Commented manual loading of calabash fat framework loading
Fixed some deprecations in cucumber
Changed a ready criteria in shared_steps
Fixed calabash.xramework linking
