Scan Buildsurface visualisation scale and orientation

I love this tool for it's ability to do a Build Surface scan and visualisation! One issue I have is that the Nevron 3d chart is auto scaling, and it makes it difficult to use it for fine tuning the levelling - when I get things close (+- 0.1mm) it makes the surface look very rough.

I would like to be able to set the scale limit in the Z direction to +0.1mm / -0.1mm for fine tuning, and match the +2 / -2 of octoprint for rough tuning.

Also, I have an Ender 5 which has the Home position at the Right Rear corner of the bed and would like to be able to rotate the results 180 deg to match the orientation of the bed. I've often adjusted the wrong corner due to this.
