I am a bioinformatics posdoc from Prof. Agami lab. I saw the example of PepQuery2 using our lab's 473 W>F substitution peptides for further validation. I am planning to integrate this tool into our daily routine for novel peptide validation. However, I cannot open the link https://github.com/wenbostar/pepquery2_manuscript in the paper, Can you fix it?
