If I'm understanding this feature request correctly, you would like a Javy package to be available on the Community Repository for the Windows Package Manager. Is that correct?

If that is the case, can you provide more details as to the problem it solves? At the moment, Javy can be installed on Windows as we currently publish standalone compressed Windows executables for Javy. That said, I do realize the files we produce are gzipped, which is not commonly available on Windows, and the gunzipped file would be missing the exe extension which is required to run the binary. I've filed #437 to track a fix. A workaround in the meantime is to install gzip for Windows and rename the uncompressed file to add the required .exe extension.
